To get goodness into our potatoes, you need to start with goodness in the land. We farm in ways that preserve and restore nutrients in the soil to help its ability to grow.
WE HELP NURTURE THE SOIL
There are lots of ways that we protect the soil from losing precious nutrients. For example, in between harvests we cover the soil (no, not with little umbrellas, but with other crops) - to protect it from harsh weather.
We also minimise how much we till our fields - because land can get tired from all that churning!
WE LOOK OUT FOR GREAT QUALITY

Most special of all, our engineers worked out how to make natural fertiliser from potato peel to be kinder to the soil. We told you our potatoes were pretty special!
